WTF?!? "You should be able to sue your boss for calling you unproductive?" Sorry kid but the sticks and stones plea won't work.
You can't sue your boss for labeling you an unproductive employee. You ARE being unproductive at work while your focus and attention is on Yahoo! Answers while on company time. What kind of defense do you think you have here? Consider this a lesson learned.

This is probably the funniest thing I've read all week :-)
Dude, I've just gone into your Yahoo Q&A history and quite frankly you should have been fired a week ago. Don't let the door hit you on your way out.

u shouldn't do private things when u are at work.. but he shouldn't make it a big deal out of it either. Check with yr labour law department and find out if u can sue yr boss for firing u for this reason.

If your company has a policy about Electronic Media and use of the computer for personal use then they do have grounds to terminate you. Some companies have a zero tolerance policy for any personal use of the computer and if their written policy in your employee handbook or a separate policy given to you states that you can be disciplined or fired if you do it then they do have grounds to terminate.

So you got fired for being on here, then you ask a question on what to do? Maybe you should have been fired.
