You can report abuse, but you can also go to the forum (link on the upper right corner) and start a thread about it. You have more possibilities of the YA Team members seeing it there.
Please don't mention names of alleged abusers, just the virus link.

You need to report it to the Yahoo! Security Center.

Look at the person's picture, you'll find a "report abuse" below that, hit it, & then do other things. (in the page of that perticuat question)
