I love Halo, it is one of the best games of all time. But I am going to have to say the best game on the XBOX is Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory, but that is just my opinion. Some people don't like the game. It come out on PS2, GameCube, and PC, but it really shined on the XBOX.

the best game is purely up to the individual and their tastes...there really is no BEST ...except like per category(role playing..action..racing..war games, etc.)....thats almost like asking "whats the best food to eat?" How many answers do you think you would get??? However I do have an answer for you...Grand Theft Auto
