I can feel a little hard spot on the rim of my cervix that was not there a few weeks ago. It is irregular in shape and not very raised, it is just very hard to the touch compared with the surrounding cervical tissue. Do you think it's something to worry about?

I am positive of where my cervix is... 35 hours of labor, 4 hours of pushing, the doctor using the "mighty-vac" (before an emergency c-section), anyway that was 10 months ago and since then my cervix is unmistakable. It is huge and it is THERE!!

2 years ago I had an abnormal pap and the doctor did a colposcopy and said that there were some abnormal cells but nothing to worry about. I'm not so sure I should've believed him at the time.

This was the same doctor that put me through my birthing nightmare. I switched doctors after my 7 day hospital stay because of my post-op infecton from my c-section.

Go see your gynecologist. It may be nothing, but if it is serious, it'll be far better to catch it soon.
