I mean, I hear a lot of you saying the NY Times was treasonous for releasing information about the administrations questionable wire-tapping program. Do you also feel that our vice-president was treasonous for leaking her name?

so, it's O.K to leak a CIA operatives name. Got it. Sounds about 'right'.

again, Rox, I didn't say she was covert, so again, stop putting words in my mouth. But, since you can't say it directly, I will say it for you. You believe it is O.K. for the vice president to leak a CIA operatives name. Got it. Also, I find it funny that you keep telling me to get my information from more than one source ( I can only assume you mean the news) yet, your source to all of your questions is the same. I love the hypocrisy. It feeds my contempt.

Rox, can you remember that every time you answer a question, you list the same source? Four standard deviations. That's what I mean by details. Stop emailing me with your whiney sh*t. Thank-you

Even paper pushers at the CIA are supposed to have protected identities. You're supposed to say simply that they "work for the government"--you are not supposed to mention the specific agency. (Don't ask how I know this, please. I do not work for the government myself.)
There is definitely a leak and a scandal here. The Vice President, of all people, should have known better.

she was never a covert agent
Her husband used her position in the CIA all the time, much like a wife would brag about her husband being a DR. He also put her info into the public domain a year or so earlier
and most of all the prosecutor stated many times after millions of tax dollars were spent that nothing criminal had happened , by anyone,
that warranted the investigation... The only criminal act happened AFTER the investigation occurred......
Another thing that really bothers me is that you will see, And I don't know if you believe it or not, but a lot of people seem to think Her husband (Joe Wilson) was an ambassador to Iraq... HE NEVER WAS. HE was sent to NIGERIA not Iraq and he wasn't even an ambassador to Nigeria he was asked to go there by his WIFE.and the research he did, By his OWN admission before this whole thing blew up, consisted only of talking to people on the street! research????? I guess sense they are Liberal that is the only research they do.. go figure. Oh and be sure to not mention the fact that they were big contributors to the dems for years where she used her NAME and POSITION in the CIA ,on the forms for the Donation on more than one account.
As I've said before Get your info from more than one source...
REPLY to your "additional info"...Sense you can't out a non covert agent ... thank you for agreeing that I was right and pointing it out!!!
Also your assumption that I get my info from the same source is not true, I ASSUME you think it is the Evil fox news that I get my info from and I don't even have cable.. I get 4 channels on my tv so i am not swayed by the bias of ANY News outlet. I lean to the right. not because of News but because I am SMART.and I can REMEMBER sh!t that is more than 5 minutes old.

Treason and the New York Times is a news paper. I am not trying to take down the News Paper, I want to take down the Leakier. It is the News Papers job to report the news. The leakier should get in trouble Dick Chaney for one.

This deal is so old and tired its laughable. They have nothing on the the Vice President. This has gone to a Grand Jury who has found nothing, and this has had special investigators who have found nothing. You can sue any one you want to, it doesn't mean you have proof of anything or that they are even guilty. This is just a left wing media stunt. Nothing more. When will people wake up as to how the media is using them for their own agenda.

No. She was not a covert agent, she was a desk jockey and she had no cover to blow and she was publicly known as a CIA employee so it wasn't even a leak.

yes. he was a traitor he leaked her name (valerie plame)becasue her husband was ambassord for us to iraq (joe wilson), wilson knew there were no wmds and spoke up before iraq invasion. i think it is a shame that the american people (both parties) are not outraged by this act of treason. did you hear the news-valeir plame is suing rove, cheney, and scooter libby fo this leak. i think it is dangerous when you cant speak out against a war without seeing your wifes career destroyed becasue of it. shameful.
