I just love the show and wish they had more episodes.

I know the movie was the end all....still wouldve like to seen the 'in between' stuff....also been watching the marathon on Sci-fi most of the day

Yes, I'm watching it on SciFi right now. 10 glorious hours and I don't have to change the channel.

Definitely the best sci fi show I've seen. It was a shame Firefly was cancelled before it really got a chance. The series DVD set is incredible. If you have seen Serenity but not Firefly I highly recommend the box set. It has episodes that did not air and lots of extras like commentary and a gag reel.

My niece is a HUGE Jos Wheden fan. When I saw the preview to Serenity I told her about it. Then I bought the complete DVD set.
As a result, mybrother-in law, my sister, my niece, my nephew and I all became hooked on the show.
We, too, were very disappointed by the cancellation of the series and the losses in the movie but we would LOVE to see the series reincarnated!

Absolutely. One of the most intriguing shows ever produced with incredible potential. It died before it really got into its prime, I feel, and I wish it would have had more time to become what it really should've been. The movie, Serenity, while I enjoyed it, felt like a convenient way to wrap up so many loose ends. A pity it couldn't've been more.

I love that show and movie. If they did make it a series again, then it wouldn't be the same. No Wash, no Sheperd, even though he wasn't in the series, no Mr. Universe. River no being crazy. It just wouldn't be the same.

actually, they are plans to make more movies or a miniseries on Sci-Fi... only time will tell...
