How can you have a successful interview, where the interviewer thinks you are the one for the job?!?

Answer his/her questions fully. For example, if he/she says, "do you have experience in ?" Instead of answering "Yes", answer "Yes I do, I have worked with for 3 years and worked with for 4 years". Expand and detail your answers. Remember, they don't know anything about you and they have approximately an hour or so to learn.
Always instill the "drive" and "determination" in your voice and answers. Relay to them that you are "team orientated" and that you are reliable.
Try to research a little bit about that company before the interview. So, for example, you can say something like "I see that you run XYZ application. I have 4 years of experience on that application as a developer".
Finally, sit up straight and look in their eyes when you speak.

be confident, excited about the job, dont be arrogant, especially during initial interview. And no, telling company that you have other offers will not help you get the job. It will make them think that you are a greedy bastard and an a**hole, so dont use it

you have to act like you don't want the job, like you have better offers, and that the interviewer is priveleged to have you. Be confident, and ask alot of questions about the position. Be likeable and professional.

ask more questions than he/she does. when you are curious about the position it'll show in your questioning of them. if you sit there and nod yes to everything chances are you won't get it bcuz you seem like, eh whatever.
