Salary depends largely on geographical area. Obviously you wouldn't make as much as an Office Manager in Kansas as you would in California. In the greater Los Angeles area, I would say this position pays roughly $35 - $50,000 per year and would be a salaried position.

Log onto Salary.com and find a position that has comparable duties and a similar title. Titles are not as important as the actual duties, as different companies have different interpretations of titles (usually within a pre-defined pay range). What could be a "Supervisor" at one company could be a "Coordinator" at another company, for example.
Remuneration also depends on the geographical area in which you live, and the prevailing economy.

Economics in any area are completely different from alot of other places--depends on the cost of living where ever you are
A very good calculator for this sort of thing though is to figure what it actually takes you to live---place--utilities--food--transportation (the basic) and add these up---then multiply this number by three and that is what you should be getting as a skilled worker (now don't go adding all kinds of stupid stuff into that figure of the basic cost of living thing--you'll just be corrupting the figures and disappointing yourself at what your making and inflating your expectations to unreasonable levels)

First of all, where do you live? That will make a big difference.
In the NYC area, you should probably be making $45,000 at the very least.
Also, don't forget about the benefits, how much do they add on to your salary?
