one the smartest and best???? maybe if you count all the presidents from all the countries and all the companies on the planet. Otherwise he's just one more sleazy little politician.
but to be fair and answer you, Clinton would never have gone to Iraq, Saudi Arabia maybe but not Iraq. That was like being angry at the Mexicans and attacking Canada for it.

He wasn't the best President, though he had some very good aspects, and a few bad ones.
I suspect he would be doing almost the same thing. Presidents are in the unique role of actually having access to most of the truth about the world and it's politics.
Too often we, the public and press, are like kibbitzers at a game in the park, the two participants in the game the political leaders disagreeing.
We stand there, criticizing our favorites opponent, sometimes our own, telling them they can't move backward, they forget to jump the three times required, they didn't get a king when the reached the far side, and they can't move their pieces horizontally and vertically, only diagonally. We call them names, spread rumors about them, and treat them as guilty until proven innocent of being stupid at checkers.
The leaders frown, but go on with the game despite the hecklers.
Its a game of chess.

He would do what he did time and again. Tell them that he and the US was sorry and how much money do you want.
North Korea was given the nucular stuff because of clinton and then China got almost everything it wanted.
North Korea is now shooting missiles into the Sea of Japan and wants more weapons for the US.
Clinton was NOT a smart president. The biggest fool since Carter and Nixion!

For starters, he might have attacked the RIGHT country, unlike Bush when he decided attacking Iraq would be a good idea, because he figures he can finish what daddy Bush started when he was president. I seriously think he looked at a map and got the letters mixed up, decided "Is it Iraq? It was Iraq, wasn't it?" And that's how he made his decision.

He would find himself a cute little intern- oh, and sell us out like he did with China.
Hummm... I wonder, do they sell cigars over there?
I think it's hilarious that you would actually refer to him as one of the smartest and best presidents- ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The man set us back decades with our intelligence organizations- he basically played a part in 9-11. If he had taken Bin Ladin when they offered him up on a silver platter- there would be a lot more New Yorkers alive today.

I'm not to sure, how you came to the conclusion, he was the best and smartest but to answer your question..
Just as he did in Africa, he would get scared and pull all of our troops out. Watch the movie ( Black Hawk Down ) and then watch the true life story, on the history channel.
Or we wouldn't be there at all, he would be to busy cheating on his wife.
Buy the way, Regan, was our best & Smartist president - buy far!

Re-institute the Draft.
Pull out the 35,000 troops from the DMZ in Korea and send them to Iraq.
Build up the US Forces in Iraq to Maximum.
Invade Iran and destroy their Nuclear capability. Occupy Iran and get 100% of them making handmade Persian Rugs 24/7.

Now this is a dumb question. Clinton wouldn't do anything. We are in Iraq today because clinton would do nothing. He never did squat in retaliation of any of the numerous terrorist attacks while he was president include the WTC attack. Clinton is beneath my spit.

Wonder where you get your facts????? Who ever gave him such titles? All you have to do is look at what he had to say about terrorists and you will find out it is the same thing Bush has said...The information Bush got, came from Clinton.. Check out your facts and information before making such inane statements.
As far as what he would do in Iraq.... the same thing he did about the Cole, the embassies, etc. Nothing!
