I work in an office and when I go to the men's room I hear guys fart while standing next to me is this normal?

I mean I fart too...but how should I react when I hear another co-worker fart in front of me.

Since I was a kid all my friends would do this in front of me...but that was ok because I knew them for years but my co-workers???I don't know what to say...they are also good friends but...ah am I overreacting?

Simply ask them is that the best you can do!!!! This will break the ice and making a joke of it will make it easier to deal with...

Laugh it off or just ignore it.
Well all do it, it is not a big deal.
I think that in the restroom is much better than letting it go down the hallway or in-front of customers.

One could say it was normal.. Farting is a normal thing BUT.. in a men's room.. when that person knows that someone else is in there also.. It is NOT normal... It is indicative of a person who has had poor upbringing

I'd rather them do it in the bathroom than at their desks! Isn't that really what the bathroom is for?

yep, Its a guy thing! My hubby and I have talked about that! All guys do it! Ive heard several women fart in a restroom too!

aahahahahahahh___________ EwwwwwwwwwwW that's discusting, and it kind of sounds disrespectful.......But you know it might work if you hear someone fa*t & be just like EwwwW or yaukieeeee to make them understand that you don't like that thing to happen, especially next to you!!!!!
