Just ask him for a hug i am sure he wouldn't care. I have tons of guy friends who just give hugs to tons of girls. One of my friends actually counted how many hugs he got one day he got a hug from everyone but me, in the end i hugged him cuz i found out his grandpa was in the hospital, but he didn't hug me back.
