me and my mom don't understand the end of the pirates of the caribbean 2...who was that guy and wut was the point of him coming out and saying random stuff?????

ok just 2 all the MEAN ppl that have been saying i'm not a fan i haven't seen the first movie in a while and i forgot sum of the characters names and plus capt barbossa came up and went away really quick or so it seemed 2 me and if ne1 has issues with is don't rant about it on my question page

At the end, the guy who came out was captain Barbossa. He was killed in the last movie at the end by Jack Sparrow because of issues with the curse. The reason he came back and is alive is probably because he came back from the world's end by someone, probably that wierd lady or the monkey. He knnows how to get jack back because he knows the way to the world's end. By the way the third one is calle, "Pirates of the Caribbean: At the World's End."

Well the second one is a lot different from the first one so actually I don't think you need to watch the first one again. I loved all three movies... Basically all you need to know for the second one is that Will and Elizabeth plan on getting married and the East India Company is starting to control Port Royal. Commodore Norrington's position changes. Barabossa was killed off at the end of Pirates 1. Jack is off pirating when he realizes he owes Davy Jones for giving him the Black Pearl. That's the basics for you have fun watching the movie!

That was Captain Hook. He was the enemy in the Peter Pan movies. (OMG - It was Barbosa, if you did not see the first movie I can understand the confusion. Aye, Good way to bring new fans on board)

That was Captain Barbosa, hon. Watch the first movie. He DIED in it, or at least it so appeared.

He is the capitan of the Black Pearl in part 1. He is the one they fight in part one to get the ship back, he is turned to human now though.

captain barbossa and he was the captain of the black pearl in the first movie...and he was cursed and the "undead" monkey was his. i thought he died in the first movie, maybe he did and the witch doctoc(tia) brought him back to life, or maybe he never died!!! he's gonna help them find jack!!
