Yeah...pretty much self explanatory...

CURRENT/VOLTAGE...as in electricity! Will plugs that are compatible with UK mains work in the Czech republic? I checked on the packaging but they say "Central Europe" which isn't really helpful. And no travel agents seem to know either - I've been wondering how these people got their jobs!

Current outlets here in Czech Republic,like the rest of Europe are 220v.
UK is commonly 240 volt so basically there is no problem using UK appliances in sockets throughout this wonderful country.All you need is the correct 2 pin [standard European] adaptor which you can buy in Dixons or the airport.

if the czech republic has a different outlet than the UK than yes, my electric converter says what countries it is combatible with on the converter itself.
