Actually a glacier has two zones: the Zone of Accumulation and the Zone of Ablation. I think you mean the Zone of Ablation - that part of a glacier where more ice is removed (ablates) from the glacier than is added (accumulates) - over a period of 365 days. So the best answer to your question from the possible choices would be c.

I suspect I'm doing your homework for you, so your teacher/professor should take a refresher in glaciology. The term "wastage" is not specific to glaciology, and therefore they are not quite synonymous. Ablation is a much better word.
