Would rather get to know you before a picture is available. Seems as if all some people want in a chat room is sex.....well you don't need to see for that your imagination can dream up who ever you like

Because this room offered to chat is like a window for peeping toms.and the only way they can see or know who they might be talking with is through words. and it is safer to be selective of the words we choose to enter that dark room.

I have always thought that people who are too uncomfortable to share those sort of things are either: minors, hiding something or trying to pretend like they are someone they aren't.

most people exercise real honesty here. Being honest in real world is dangerous, fear of being a target, ridiculed, judged, sentenced to being stoned... Absence of objective target, cannot allow to direct throwing stones.

like the others said it, privacy...... from personal experience, this guy from pakistan, caused me to change my phone number. u wanna know why? he was calling me non stop and proposing sexual innuendos and even threatened to kill me....it is hard to find sincere ppl in the chat room....
