Is anybody considering training to become a home inspector?

In the UK in July 2007 all homes offered for sale must have been Inspected, Ive heard that there is a huge shortage of inspectors and have seen advertisments offering training, What do you think?

the whole sellers pack system is looking more and more floored as it gets closer.

i wouldnt be giving up a job to risk it actually paying off.
