How about the White Blood Cells. There are so many kinds and it is perfect for 10th grade level and you can do it 100 words!

All you have to do is say there are this many WBC. There are 2 groups and say what they are they under the groups say how many there are and name them and their colors and how they look that is it!

I see the functional biologists are getting in their two cents worth, of course, but you can simply explain evolution by natural selection in 100 words or less. I will not do it for you, but it is quite available on the Internet.
