As far as the kids went, I'd have to say yes. I am half native,half german. a loooooooong time ago, I went to a school in another town. There were a lot of natives and whites mixed together but no one liked me. I was an "extremely" shy kid and everyone just seemed to hate me. I was always by myself at recess time. Then they built a school in my town and it was the same thing all over again. They were all white only one other native girl besides me but she was friends with everyone. I guess there was just something about me, the kids didn't like.

Not to me no, but my daughter did, and that was down to Bullying
If this is the case, don't let them win, don't become paranoid about it, things will change, look beyond your circle, other interests, so you can meet some like minded people. As for those who HATE you, that's THEIR problem not yours - trust me. Move onwards and upwards and away from those small minded and spiteful people. Good luck mate.

Yeah,when I had my first child,it seemed that all my friends turned on me.But I was only 16 at the time.They still could have stuck by me though!!
