is it true that Italians are really racist? just wondering becausei have always wanted to go there but i am having second thoughts because I heard that they are very racist !?

Well, I'm not sure but I have also heard that many of them tend to be racist. Though you shouldn't let that stop you from going, because no matter where you go, you will find racists people. It's not just the Italians. By the way, not all of them are racists, because I know a few who are very nice. So go on and have a nice trip!

Not True..The Italians are not racist, I have never heard that statement before..They love all people, and Italy is a very nice place to go. I know a lot of Italians, and never heard any of them say anything racist..good luck, on your trip..

I think theres a stereotype that Italian-Americans are really racist, but I don;t think it applys to Italians living in Italy. Plus, in many regions of Italy, the native people are very dark themselves, almost African-looking.

racism is everywhere, but Italians are not more racist than others countries... as Italian i found racism in German, Paris and London (in NYC not...)... everyone looked me as a person that would tip everyone everywhere... but these person doesn't remember that when they young sons came to Italy make a lot of noise, always dry, get of beer bottles everywhere...
Italians are not very racist, but if you treat Italian whit racism, we'll give you back...of course... if you are kind Italians will kind...
