I think those are all important things. If I were making this flyer, I would make these things in a BIG font (about 16-20) your name, telephone numbers, and email, how much you charge, and any other contact or extremely important information. Use a simple font, like Arial or Times New Roman (except if you want your name fancy, or a title fancy, but that's all...the rest needs to be readable). Then the rest I would put as a bulleted list in about a size 12-14 font, and maybe use some cool bullets, or something. Make it look professional.

Don't let Marcus scare you, although you should try and keep it simple. You sound more like a nanny then a baby sitter, and if this is true then you should charge a lot more then $6.00 an hour. Especially if you are doing work while you are baby sitting.
Maybe offer 2 differant pay rates, or throw a "piece work" deal at them.....like....I will baby sit for $6.00 an hour and if you want I'll clean your kitchen and bathroom for $40.00.

Don't say you will do house work you are there to babysit . Even If the kids are sleeping you still need to pay attention to them just in case they need something. What if you were out walking the dog and one of the kids got hurt. What would they do.

Sounds good, the only thing you might add is that you are available from....(time) until...(time). If you aren't able to work later than .. say....10:30pm, or earlier than 2:00pm, then your clients will need to know. Good luck with your business

THIS CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS. YOU NEVER KNOW WHO YOU ARE GOING TO GET. YOU SHOULD NETWORK WITH THE PEOPLE IN YOUR CHURCH WHO MAYBE NEEDING EVENING CHILD CARE, OR YOU SHOULD GO TO A DAY CARE AND ASK IF THEM IF YOU COULD POST YOUR FLYER THERE.
AS FOR THE FLYER THERE IS TOO MUCH INFORMATION. KEEP IT SIMPLE AND WARM IT UP WITH PHOTOS AND FILL IT WITH YOU. LOOK AT ADVERTISEMENTS. SIMPLE IS BEST.

I think it's great. Maybe you could add what ages you prefer, if you like to babysit a certain age.
