Yes I have been I have actually told this whole story from beginning to end in another yahoo!answer, if you would like to read it, you could go to my name and look in the question, that actually reads like this one "almost"
The reason why I am saying this is because if my story could help you or someone else who is going through this, or have been through this it will make me happy.

Yes, it happened when I was about 4 yrs old. My parents left me with a family friend while they went to the next town to do some shopping and well......you can guess the rest.
