Try not to get caught up in numbers. The "right" weight is dependent on body type, frame, lifestyle and other factors. Nutritionists and health officials now seem to look to BMI rather than weight (body mass index - you can find a calculator online). You want to consider if you are big boned or small boned, that muscle weighs more than fat, etc. Personally, I try to focus more on the fit of my clothes than the numbers on the scale (because your body changes over time and you will carry your weight differently, but also because - I don't want to have to buy new ones!).
But if you really do want to get caught up in numbers - I was told for a small framed woman 5lbs over a 100 for every inch over 5 feet is just fine / thin, but healthy.
After all that - remember that it's most important to be healthy and happy with who you are and that is not weight dependent.

No, you're just in the right range. I'm 5'1" and I'm about 110. The only time you need to worry is when you hit over 130 lbs., then you start getting into the unhealthy range - according to your BMI (Body Mass Index). So 105 is perfect.

That became me when I graduated from intense college, way in structure and stuff. this is okay, in all likelihood excellent in the middle, a touch extra can make you curvy, and particularly a lot less received't kill you. i'd be extra in touch about ingesting conduct, i recognize it HS it became difficult for me to eat because i became so busy and lower than pressure out about ending. ingesting 1/2 of what standard human beings eat, and ingesting a lot less isn't solid, it ought to nicely be the psychological ramblings of someone who became turning out to be anorexic. i'd actually song what i became ingesting (this is in simple terms solid for all people, even skinny human beings) and ascertain i became getting 3 oz..of protein an afternoon, 5 servings of greens, some fruit, and far of water. you ought to be on your best...and in case you do not experience solid, upload some exercize, tae bo or walking or something, which will perk up your urge for nutrients, construct your skill and make you gentle and curvy.

105 is good but for your height, gaining any more would make you look chunky. my sis is same height as u and whenever she gains weight, it shows, so keep it at 105 or a few pounds less.

Do a google search for BMI (Body Mass Index) calculators. This calculation compares your height/weight ratio and will give you a better answer than anyone here.

Are you happy with the way you look? If you are...why are you asking people here. If you are not happy with the way you look, do something about it.
i wish girls/women would stop obsessing with a so called ideal weight when the media and celebrities are dictating the so called trends of skinny etc...
If you are happy with who you are then why should anyone make you feel different.

No you're not, if you were 5lb less, you'd be underweight! Be happy with the weight you are, it sounds perfect to me. I'm 5ft 2 and 120lb and I'm not fat, so you must be tiny : )
