i use just regular lotion, i have a very soft feet. but if you have problem with cracking heels you might have to buy special lotion to treat it. you can find them in any cvs or walgreens or walmart. it's better to apply lotion after shower while your feet is still soft but dry it first or else you will have a stinky feet.

Something thick...I cant remember the exact brand....nutregena maybe...but get something that is just for feet....
