Unless at home, I wipe ths seat first and then apply an @$$ gasket every f'n time for the same reasons!

I only use non-personal toilet for number 2 in the case of extremis, in which case there is no time for the application of paper seat lining

As a girl, yes...constantly. It's great if they already have those toilet seat liners readily available. Otherwise, line that baby. Obviously not at my house or my family's house.

LOL..i take some paper towels, put some soap on it..then wipe the seat! if i cant do that right off the bat, ill use those liners

If I'm forced to use the bathroom out in public yes I line. Most the time I get in the car and get to the house quick. I don't pee in public restrooms. They are nasty and they turn my stomach.

nope all the restrooms here have those nifty seat liners that fit correctly on the seat so you don't have to worry about the TP falling off or shifting
these are great!! if you don't have them in public restrooms where you live i suggest wal-mart or other stores--- they carry travel size packs of these liners!

I use alot of toilet paper for my daughter to sit on,I hover and use my hands-easier to wash than my butt and I can wash them-I always have purell wipes

No, because I never use public facilities in that capacity at all, ever. However, that being said, if I was ever in an emergency situation, I would hover.
