Anything involving the genitals is sex.

It depends. When a girl gives a guy a bj he is pretty much f*cking her mouth, i would say that counts as sex. I think insertion of a schlong into a hole counts as sex. Now as to a guy licking a girl's.....well i don't know if that would count or not.
