I think it is my hubby. He is serving our country in the US Army and has done 2 tours in Iraq. He goes and fights for everyones freedom and he really has none of his own. Hes seen and done things that I could only imagine would ruin some one for life but yet he gets up everyday puts on his boots and uniform and off to work to see another day pass by. When he comes home he takes off his soldier hat to put on the daddy cap like it's nothing. My kids adore him and in their eyes can do no wrong except to take away some toys LOL! Hes facing yet another 12 months deployment and still can smile and love his family to the fullest of his extent. So i guess he and my kids hero in a very big way. I hope that somewhere out there, there are people that appreciate what he does for everyones freedom.

My hero is my Grandmother. She has been through so much difficulties in her life and she never gave up hope or gave up on her dreams. She taught me to believe in my self under no matter what circumstances and to always follow my heart and make my dreams come true whatever others would think of it or would do to try and stop me. She taught to see beauty in everything around me and how to love with all of my heart but also how to think for myself and not let others rule my life for me.
She helped me becoming who I'm today and just like her I cherish every new day as a precious gift that brings me new possibilities and new opportunities and lots of things to be thankful about.

MY MOM IS MY HERO! SHE GAVE BIRTH TO ME, FED ME, AND MADE SURE I HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. SHE'S HAD IT PRETTY ROUGH AND ALL MY LIFE SHE'S BEEN A CHURCH LADY. MY MOM HAS BEEN THE PERSON WHO WAS THERE WHEN MY EX-HUSBAND ABUSED AND CHEATED ON ME. SHE'S BEEN THE BACK-BONE OF OUR FAMILY AND HAS HELD ALL EIGHT OF HER CHILDREN TOGETHER. NOW THAT SHE'S GOING THROUGH A TOUGH TIME WITH OUR FATHER, WE ARE BEING HER BACK-BONE. SHE'S GREAT AND I LOVE HER WITH EVERY FIBER OF MY BEING.
