A Joe Cell is a simple device that can be used to power a car, a generator or anything that runs on gasoline or diesel. It takes energy from the air known as orgone or ether and converts it into a flammable gas. Modern Scientists deny this is possible, but it is. Installing this in a car would make it have twice the hp and the engine would run cold. It is denied because it would make oil companies go out of business. If you need more information google it.
