i'm not pregnant because i hv seen a doctor. all the test is negative. but what can it possibly be that my menses didn't appear for mor than 4 mths.. i'm worry.. am i having thyroid problems or vaginal infection? But if its vaginal infection i don't have any of the symtoms like itching or painful during intercourse. abt thyroid problems i don't have any lump on the neck at all..

I see that you are new to this site and can’t tell how old you are. Did your Dr. say what the problem might be? You need to discuss this with a medical professional so he/she can order tests that you may need. We are not medical professionals here and can only give our opinion. Even if someone has gone what you are going through what you are each case is different. Severe dieting, weight loss, exercise can cause this but even if one of these fit you it might what is causing the problem. Sometimes in thyroid problems a lump is not apparent. My husband had thyroid cancer and no lump. They found it in doing tests for another problem. Don’t get freaked out, I’m not saying you have cancer. Find a new Dr. if the one you went to isn’t helping you. Be careful of some of the answers you may get. Some people are perverts or wackos telling questioners as young as 13 that having sex will fix their medical problem. Case in point, see the one above me saying you have a thyroid problem like she is a Dr. and she is only 18. Go see a Dr.!!!!!!!!

your period didnt come for 4 months because you have thyriod problems and that is normal.
