Try an exfoliating scrub and the generous use of moisturizer. Are the bumps from shaving? If they are not from shaving (razor burn and/or ingrown hairs) then you may wish to consult a dermatologist.

Usually this is caused by not washing properly in the shower, my friend used to have them, she went to the Doctor and told her she wasn't washing good enough, or not at all, but I am sure there are other reasons for this. I'm not saying you don't wash good, it is just a possibility

well if they are little white bumps, the possibility is that you are allergic to the perhaps sented soap that you are using, or a body wash. In that case, you should see your doctor, and he/she will probably recommend switching to dove products, trust me, it helps (i had those bumps and they went away as soon as i switched to dove)

Hi, go to www.wonderful.myarbonne.com and check out their NutriMinC RE9 body serum and lotion. I was completely dried out and bumpy and this product has cleared me completely. My mother in law is also using it and having great results.

scrub very well every night and apply an antibiotic cream or ointment until they are gone.
