yeah so i just thought it would be cool to see if anyone here has ever met a famous soccer player, or if anyone is realated to one. that would be awsome. if you have met one, what were they like? (rude, friendly, annoying etc.) and who was the person u met?

I've never actually met anyone up close (like shaking hands or somethin'), but I've seen some AC Milan players getting on the bus (when they were leaving our hometown here following an exhibition game with our local team). Maldini and Baresi were among the ones that I clearly remember....they have both since retired.
*Maldini is much better looking in person....maybe b/c he had his suit on, I don't know but he certainly looked dashing ;-)

I've met a few Portuguese players, most of them very friendly.The best one Fernando Gomes, the worst Eusebio. But one I'll never forget, Folha, he stole money from me...I was a cashier operator in BP and he put nearly 10000 Esc. of petrol when he just pay 5000 Esc. (old portuguese coin)...

i have met all of the Trinidad and Tobago football players they may not be famous but they were in the world cup before they left Trinidad there was a dinner for them and i went because my boyfriend plays football and i met them and they were real nice and down to earth

Samuel Eto from Barca Came to USA cup where I was coaching at. Gave a speech and everything. Then had a meet and greet with a few of us coaches.

No, but one of my friends in Italy claims she saw Filippo Inzaghi in the street in Turin, some years ago when he was playing for Juventus. She said he was damn good looking, but she was too shy to walk up to him and say anything. Too bad!
