I want to meet my dad's father.
I never knew him and I look a lot like him.
It would allow me to get the goods on my dad. My dad always tells this story about me when I was a kid. I was a sleepwalker at six years old, and my mom and dad were in bed sleeping. All dad remembers is the sound of a running stream of water and the next thing he remembers is him and mom cracking up because I had slept walked over to his bed and was peeing on his face.
Sorry for the TMI, yet now you understand why I need to talk with Grandpa.

While you are a cute one, I would want to meet Jesus of Nazareth. Knowing what I know now, I would try and write a new Gospel that would answer questions on homosexuality, Buddha, and other big religioius debating type questions

without hestitation, werner erhard, very much still alive, i have already met him many times but would love to be around him again.

When i met werner, there was nobody there to meet, to hang onto, just this kind of mystical empty space and who i met was, myself ...the Self.. new agey as that could sound - that IS how it was.

second would be Indian Saint Bhagawan Nityananda - oh man that would be freaking magical!

If I am limited to just one person, then unquestionably it would be Jesus Christ. It would answer soooo many questions and I would want to see if I could experience the same level of inner peace and intuitive knowledge that others surely must have felt in His presence.

I would meet a citizen from the future, from a time when all our problems have been solved, when scarcity, poverty and crime are eliminated, when humanity lives in freedom and in harmony. I would ask him/her (it?) how they did it, and how long it took. I would ask what it's like to be living then, and what I can do to move us closer to that point.

I have to say that, given my daily job, I would like to have met Leland Stanford.

Outside of that, any NASCAR driver from the 60s would make for an interesting conversation to me, too.
