Pacific Beach Hotel (my favorite hotel), it is the Oceanarium Restaurant located in the Oceanarium Tower of Pacific Beach Hotel.
The hotel is located on Liliuokalani and Kalakaua Ave. The restaurant is in the tower located on Liliuokalani. The beach tower is on Kalakaua, but you can go thru the beach tower and you will get to the Oceanarium Tower (by the lobby), and the restaurant is adjucent the lobby. You can't miss it!!
