what do u have to do to create a movie and try to give it to a producer etc.?

First write a short script, with few people and location. Film it and enter it into film contest. Also it might be a good idea to attends a film school. Here's one I went to. Learned a lot.

get the screen writer's Bible by David Trottier. It helped my friend out but i dont think it tells you where to send it.
