Dear Sara,
For a mass of 60kg and a height of 1.5 metres, your body mass index (BMI) works out to be 26.7kg / m2 which is in the lower half of overweight, but not obese, according to the following common definitions of BMI categories from Wikipedia:

Starvation: less than 15 (<15)
Anorexic: less than 17.5 (<17.5)
Underweight: less than 18.5 (<18.5)
Ideal: greater than or equal to 18.5 but less than 25 (≥18.5 but <25)
Overweight: greater than or equal to 25 but less than 30 (≥25 but <30)
Obese: greater than or equal to 30 but less than 40 (≥30 but <40)
Morbidly Obese: greater than or equal to 40

There are quite a lot of adjustment factors to take in to account which are also listed.

Hi its not to big if your happy with your weight, i cant say that its to big as i dont know the exact healthy weight for your hight, but a BMI index will tell you if you are the healthy weight or not, if you dont think you are and your happy and heathy it doesnt matter.

Well your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 26.9 which classifies you as overweight. Normal weight has a BMI between 18.5 and 24.9, so maybe you should aim for that.

It depends on how well you wear it! Some people suit a little extra poundage - as long as you feel happy and fit, why worry?

Yes it is, but not as heavy as me, ten stone and can't shift it. Running isn't doing much to move it either.

Why is this in the Skin and Body category?
Shouldn't you put this in the relationship category?
