I say the threesome that we had and he was involved in is not cheating, him fooling around with someone behind my back is more like cheating... what do you think?

To add more to it, the person that was involved was a close guy friend of mine... my husband was all for it.. But we have also done it to where he sits back and watches.

I think that if your spouse or other person wants to watch you with someone else, then let him, it is going to be the hottest porn they have ever "watched" and they can touch in this one.

I think you are correct. When involved in a threesome, consent is assumed. I am assuming that the threesome was you, him, and another woman. In order for that to happen, you had to have felt comfortable with the other woman's presence. If she was a friend of yours, then you knew that she was not "after" your man. Perhaps you and she were more interested in playing with one another and he was a very interested observer/player. In any event, his involvement had your approval one way or the other. That did not give him carte blanche to go around and fool around behind your back. I don't think he would like it if you did the same thing behind his back. If it was with a woman, he might wonder why he wasn't invited, and if it was with a man, he would more than likely be extremely jealous. He should be on his knees and thanking his lucky stars that you included him in a threesome to begin with and hope he didn't blow it by fooling around on you behind your back.

Its never a good idea to bring a third person into your relationship, especially when it comes to sex. In this case I think you are right, he was involved and fully aware of the threesome. No cheating there. but if he hides, deny or not inform you of another sexual encounter, thats cheating.
some words of wisdom:

although threesomes can be enjoyable for everyone involved, its sounds like its going to eventually ruin your marriage. give up this behavior and concentrate on each other.

Lesson to everyone.......IF YOUR SPOUSE WANTS TO DO A THREESOME I'M SURE THEY ARE OR SOON WILL F*CK SOMEONE ELSE. If you truly love someone you would not want to see them f*cking someone else. A threesome is weird and wrong but I guess not cheating since the decision was made by both. What he did behind your back inst like cheating, ITS CHEATING.

Cheating is when you break someones trust and do it behind their back. When you had your 3some, it wasn't cheating because it wasn't behind anybodies back, and each of you knew what was going on. Cheating isn't the act of having sex with someone else, it is the act of hiding it from the spouse that you promised that you would never do it to. Good luck

Technically cheating is adultery and adultery is sleeping with anyone other than your spouse. If he consented, then he consented to you cheating. So basically they are both considered cheating, right?
Maybe you guys should get some counseling, before your relationship is completely destroyed.

You are right, him doing it behind your back is cheating, ask him if he thinks its not cheating why did he feel the need to hide it from you.

if you were in it together in essence you both cheated...but if you do it behind the other persons back there is no doubt that it is cheating...if you are hiding it from your spouse...you probably shouldn't be doing it anyway

i totally agree with you. he was infront of you during the 3some, so that's different.

i have a question for you though-- my husband wants too have one, but he doesn't want to be invovled. he just wants too see me and another chick together....what is your personal take on that? and how'd/who was the other person you guys had involved in this?

i hope what i said above helped-- good luck sweetie.

does it really matter?if it is to be considered cheating then you both have.My personal opinion is that it would not be considered cheating because you both were there and i assume that you decided to do this together. cheating is something that is done in secret not with your husband or wife
