Click with Adam Sandler made me laugh so hard my sides hurt. There is a lot of cursing though.

Any of the Marx Brothers movies, or Laurel and Hardy for old films. For screwball comedy, try "Bringing Up Baby" with Cary Grant. More modern classics are "Its a Mad Mad Mad Mad World", 1963, anything with Peter Sellers, especially "The Party" or "After The Fox." For more recent, "Young Frankenstein", "Annie Hall", "National Lampoon's Animal House", "As Good As It Gets" for starters.
