Actually the World Cup turned me off from soccer. I love to play the game but all the dives and people acting like they were fouled, the refs giving yellow cards for regular fouls, the US playing like crap, and the announcers condemning dives and then praising some of the ones that work. It is a man's game, I had a colision with a guy a month ago, he almost lost his leg after 2 surgeries. I had to have a surgery to repair my shattered face as a result of the game as well. But how do you think you will get new fans when you have the best players in the world acting like that?

I never liked football before the world cup. I did not watch it then, I do not watch it now, and I will not watch it in the future.
PS: A question to all Americans. Your version of football involves carrying the ball in the hands .... should it not, then, be called handball?

No.... because soccer in the US pretty much sucks. The World Cup is freakin' awesome though. I want to go to the next one.....

Yeah but only european teams because the MLS is the worst league in the world and all MLS players i never heard of.
