Go to your yahoo! Answers profile. If you are not sure how, click on your name near the top left of the screen. Under your profile click on the link to edit your profile. One of the choices is for the displayed picture. You can choose the smile, upload one of your own, or a Yahoo!Avatar. There will be a link under the avatar for creating one. It is a lot of fun to customize them. The first time may take awhile for you to look through all the options.

oh, it's so much fun!! Edit your profile, and click on the far right one that says "use avatar". Then a person will come up and you can dress them how you want, and use the color skin, and hairstyle you want. Save the changes, and your a person now- try and get it as close to how you look- it's fun.

You go to your (my account) and make one then you go back to yahoo answers and click on your smiley face once in that page click edit and that should take care of that. Cant wait to see your face.

go to the yahoo main page, click on all yahoo services, then click on avatars, create your avatar and save it, then go to your profile and click on use my avatar.

click on your name and edit your profile and there should be three selections for you to choose from and one of them should be your avatar.
