OK, the answer is probably going to be: it depends.
If you are in the stage of life where pimples are common amongst people of your age (mostly in the teenage years), then your body is going through many rapid changes. Pimples at that time are normal, and the pimples may stop arriving as you get older.
The best defense against pimples is staying clean. Wash more than once a day if it helps. See a doctor if you have a severe case of pimples.
The reason why I said before "it depends" is because if you are masturbating a lot and you are not keeping your penis clean, then you are likely to get pimples on your penis. Again, wash often with soap and water. Or maybe go find a girlfriend rather than spend too much time masturbating.
Another reason why the answer "it depends" could be you are ejaculating (cumming) from nocturnal emmissions - you have a "wet dream" in your sleep and you wake up with semen (***) in your underwear. Nocturnal emmissions are more frequent in the years in which the sex drive is starting to develop, late pre-teen and teenage years.
In conclusion, the only relationship between pimples and cumming is that young people may be noticing them together for the first time due to that stage of life - when the body is rapidly changing.
There is nothing wrong with sex or cumming - but anything can be a problem if taken to the extreme or if done unsafely.

Will wearing open-toes shoes give you brain cancer? NO! Will a hangnail make your hair fall out? NO! The are totally unrelated.
