Use Microsoft Powerpoint. You can make really cool stuff on there. You can use different backgrounds, add music, etc.

I dont know, maybe microsoft powerpoint or theres this windows program used to make slideshows and it supports wma's. You could probably find a download for it on the windows website.

There is a free program that Microsoft makes called Photo
Story 3 that is fun and simple to use. You can save in your Windows Media Player or to a CD for a friend.
