No, they are labels describing specific temperament types, or, say, characterological peculiarities of a person. The whole world is divided into introverts and extroverts. Such big groups (4 bln members in each?) cannot constitute a psychological type. But these names are used in dividing people into types, there are just more characteristics involved (intuition - perception, thinking - feeling, rationality - irrationality)
