Does that pretty much mean "this product is **** and wont work for anybody"

Yes it does; it didn't work for me. It made my skin red, itchy, and flaky. I recently found only one product that works wonderfully for me!

Just be sure to always properly moisturize, even while breaking out. If you don't, your skin will start to produce extra oils to compensate and you'll just break out more.
You can start with what's written above, but I also strongly recommend TimeWise® Even Complexion Essence. It really evens out your natural tone and reverses skin discoloration.

It means there isn't a chance in hell that it's gonna work as good as they advertise and there's no way you can sue them because they told you. lol :-)

well heres an example i have proactiv and it works great for me but my cousin has it and it doesnt work at all for her it irritates her skin

BECAUSE NO TWO SKIN TYPES ARE ALIKE . RESULTS MAY VARY WITH ONE PERSON FOR THE BEST EFFECT AND NO EFFECT FOR ANOTHER .

it mainly means that it might work in some cases,but it might not work at all..it depends on your skin type..acne type..otherwise youre screwed.
