This could be a very dodgy old movie called "Dangerous Weopons" starring Chesty Morgan.

Basically a small dumb blonde with a supposed 73" bust. Story line about gangsters killing her husband, she gets revenge by seducing them and then smothering them with the boobs!!

If it's not that don't know sorry
