Because they develop breasts, a sign of womanhood, and automatically think: "Oh! Boobies! I better go use them!"

Cause some think that they are grown up but they ain't and who ever feels that way are crazzy! And cause they're parents don't pay attention to them since the parents think they are old enough to fend for themselves but they aren't! They still need a place to stay! And they are crazzzzzzzzy if they have sex! Cause I hope they don't wanna become a mom and get kicked out and there boy-friends leave them 4 somebody who ain't preg!

Because their parents haven't taught them they can't. If parents don't want to go through the effort it takes to teach a child BEFORE they get to the age of 14 what the rules, boundaries, and consequences are for disobedience----then you can't very well wait until they're 14 to start raising them.

My daughter will be 13 soon, and you just scared the bejeezus out of me. She better know damned well that she will not be doing any of what you stated in your post.
It is the parents. I don't care what my kid does I'll lock her in her room if I have to to keep her safe and healthy. That is love, not abuse. Kids learn what they live, and if their parents live that way then they must be doomed.

well not all 14 year olds do and they think that cuz they feel that they are adult enough and smart enough to make those decisions though they are not
