Oh lady, you set yourself up for a bust here.
I honestly hope they don't hate bush as much as they hate what he is doing. It seems like everybody in this country thinks they are entitled to the best and when someone asks us to give up some of it we freak.

Monkey Paw? Hmmmm....Carefull what you wish for?
But who, other than Halliburton, wished for Iraq? The idea that it would somehow stabilize the area was considered idiotic by any qualified opinion from the outset. It was a foolish, foolish strategy (unless you are Halliburton) and the last remaining tragedy is the authoritarian followers who bought the lies at the outset are still so blind to the reality of what a dismal failure the Iraq war has become. I'm sure we all know people who are either too stupid or too stuborn to admit the obvious. I applaud the intelligent conservative who says that he is true to conservatism (Lord knows we need some), while realizing that the Bush administration decidedly is not!
And Gog and Magog, is a tragic parable; and, frankly it scares me to think that the radical religious factions of the current administration might see themselves as the agents of the ultimate fatality to that story. I don't like to consider that sort of idiocy has found its way into a position of power, but considering the nature of zeal in contrast to a nation of apathy, I'm afraid it is possible.
And Bush would be a poor third anti-Christ. I hope Nostradamus had a more intelligent soul in mind for the ultimate embodiment of evil. Dick Cheney, perhaps?

I wonder. Most peoples' exposure to this person is on a two dimensional surface. A photograph. A print of ink on paper. Or, the television.
I wonder what the true effect would be face to face. The average citizen, like all his predecessors before him for thousands of years, cares about as much about politics as he does for those immediately around him.
Something like this or a war very far away practically registers as much as a water buffalo grazing as a whole column marches past him. Apathy. Pathetic.
Mr. Bush reminds me of the story of the monkeys paws in variegated relevances. He heads just one more false kingdom, wielding illusory power, amid Gog and Magog.
Funny how we've had two men named Bush in office, in recent memory, isn't it?

bush is referred to as the 3rd anti-christ by micheal notradamus. his administration is a joke (much like his fathers), his cabinet members have a collected iq of a dodo bird. his policies are something to be laughed at. hes the reason why we are in the 2nd irqi war in the first place. his party is full of lies and scandals. when he went to look for wmd's (and there wasnt) he got all mad and stuff. hes xenophobe of all arabs since he perpetrated the 9-11 attacks. i could go on but i dont get much time on the librarys computer.

Im not saying I think Kerry would be any better, cuz I dont. I am curious to see the candidates for the next election. I hope the gop selects McCain.

His policy is failing. He's a moron. He administration is full of right wing morons. He's doing a poor job of communicating he vision to the country. He can't complete a sentence without stopping in the middle to gather his thoughts. I can go on all day long.

Because he's an idiot, frankly. I think he's basically a good guy, but he's not the brightest crayon in the box, if you take my meaning. He's had the misfortune of having a nest of hawkish vipers for advisers, and they've led him astray at every turn.

I would say a lot because of the war/presence in Iraq and the amount we are spending on it. I am a republican and I support our president but I do understand why some people do not.
