I'm assuming you mean outdoor temperatures and not hot tub temps (for example).

I think 65 - 75 degrees is perfect. So I would consider 76 - 85 to be warm. 86 - 95 to be hot. And anything over 96 to be too hot!

Warm would be 74, hot 80 and to hot...anything over 80 but then again it depends other aspects of the weather because what if it's raining or there is a breeze. So the answer is it depends.

Warm is 15 C, hot is 30 C, and too hot is 50 C (I think).

hmm.. Im from Washington so "warm" is a fleeting term. I would say that warm is between 65 and 70, Hot is between 71 and 103, and too hot is 104 and above... and Hoo-ah to our troops out there in 140 degree weather in Iraq

98 to 170 is too hot.
80 to 907 is hot.
70 to 80 is warm.
68 to 75 is comfortable.
30 and lower is too cold.

i think that 85 is warm 90 is hot and anything over 95 is too hot but then again, i live in texas lol

In general, I find 70 and breezy perfect, under 50 too cold and over 80 too hot.

Of course I am a very pale person, so that does factor into it, but in the 70's is just lovely, sunny or overcast, I don't mind.

I'm English so any temperature is either too cold or too warm. We're caught by surprise by cold weather in winter - even though it happens every year - and even though we only have one day of summer we still moan about the heat. Perhaps we should take our vests off.
