It takes as long as it takes. If you worry about it...stress can delay conception.

Try using a fertility microscope to track ovulation or you could just use the old method of ovulation charting (basal temp and the texture test).

A lot depends on how fecund you are, how fertile Hubby is, the time of the month that you attempt this and overall emotional mental and physical health.

It took my wife a day (and she found about two week later, but knew at the end of the first).

My sister-in-law needed nearly three years.

it take one time but ones the sprem meets the egg you are more likely to get pregant, the sperm live inside for 6 days. but if you want to get pregant you ovalulate 14 days before and 14 days after your period so you may want to have sex during them days ( if you want to get pregant).
