When it is wet, put it on and let it dry. If you don't want to put on a wet shirt, try and find some 'form' you can use to retain its shape while it dries.

If it's a woven material, forget it- nothing will stretch it out. If it's a knit (like T-shirt) you can wet the shirt and stretch it then lay it on a towel, stretching it more to shape it. Let it dry that way and then the next time you wash it, DON'T PUT IT IN THE DRYER! Either hang and dry or do the towel thing again.

PUT IT IN COOL WATER THEN PUT IT ON IT WILL STREACH SOME ,WASH IN COLD AND AIR DRY NO HEAT THAT WILL MAKE IT SWRNK

put it on a fat freind while its still wet after washing>feed your fat freind and pour him a few beers while it dries >wash next time in cold water and dry on clothsline >if at first you dont succeed FIND A FATTER FREIND of course

Have someone bigger or older than you wear it for a while and they will strech it out for you cuz their bigger.
