Bertrand Russell took on this problem (so did people like John Dewey, about the same time), and the simplist way to answer is that by seeing where the different viewpoints converge and where they agree with one another, that gives a pretty damn good description of reality.

Your reality is the set of circumstances you have to live with. You live in Beverly Hills with a couple of millions in your pocket, your reality is not the same as the reality of the vagrant who ends up on the street - by choice or not. You can change your relality, by changing your environment, your set of values, your friends, your job, your motivation(s). But the You of the DNA you will never change

actually most people have a dna pattern that someone before them also had,and twins have that and same life experiences at birth.but anyway, lol, reality will be perceived differently by someone who is blind than someone who has sight but is deaf or someone who has all their senses.this is because you use all ur senses to perceive reality, which is actually time.how we perceive time is how we perceive reality.and actually, there is no such thing as time, its a man made creation to help us,as human beings, understand reality and our lives better.but time isnt what we are really perceiving, its change, change is what we are really experiencing as we grow older and as the people around us grow older.so i guess what im saying is that reality is probably most definitely interpreted differently by people.
