I do a mental list of 5-10 things that I am grateful for that day. Sometimes it is hard to come up with more than 1 or 2, but I keep at it and find I can come up with several more.

If that pic iis you, I will think about how hot you are :-) For me to sooth my mind I try not to think at the end of the day. It's hard for me to shut my mind down at night.

I zone out while watching tv. Not thinking is the best thing I can do to soothe my mind.

I guess it depends what time your day ends? My day really never starts, so I really have no cares in the world, and I revel in the satisfaction of watching other countries blow one another up. I wish Mexico would kidnap a couple of American soldiers. Just give us an excuse to bomb them. Or those stupid Canadians.

at the end of the day i think that tomorrow will definitely be a better day then today.. will start my new day tomorrow with fresh mind and new ideas and will definitely do what i was not able to do today.

I try to think of how soft and comfy my bed is and how nice it is that my cat is purring up by my head. I don't stray too far in my thoughts because they tend to take wrong turns and go all over stopping at disturbing places.

I don't think. I sit by the couch, watch TV for an hour, smoke some cigarettes, read my book then go to sleep.

although i think bout it through out the day bt i in the end of my day i think bout it a lot alone.i dnt have ny girlfrnd.so i jst think bout it to have one n only one.one who loves me nt my money.one whoe cares has tru feelings for me,who is charming and so on.....
i think when will be my life graced by my honey.

usualy i end up thinking about my highschool theory
see i like this guy who is in highschool presently and i am in jrhigh
when i am a freshman he will be a senior and his girlfriend will have graduated by then
so he will have no one to take to homecoming and the sweethearts valentine dance and the prom!
so i am up for the running!

I think about getting home to my kids and the man that I love. They are always there when i am in a bad mood and they always seem to help me get out of it.
